Local Food Cupboards Receive Your Gifts

Funds raised by our 2013 Harvest Bowl were presented to three area food cupboards today. Deacon Claude Lester received on behalf of The Blessing Room in Bloomfield, Don Fox received on behalf of Community Food Pantry of Honeoye, and our own Pastor Corey received on behalf of FISH Food Cupboard in Honeoye Falls.

As Theresa Keyes emphasized in the presentation (you can hear the audio by clicking below), this program has the potential to feed SO MANY people. “Not My Life” Movie Screening & Discussion

WBCC’s senior high youth group discussion series 2ndSunday@7 will be moving to a Friday evening for a special screening of the movie “Not My Life” – a film about human trafficking and slavery in our time. Our discussion following the movie will be lead by the movie’s Academy Award nominated filmmaker, Robert Billheimer.

2ndSunday@7 is geared toward senior high students, but this event is open to anyone who is interested. Because of the subject matter, parental guidance is strongly suggested. Annual WBCC Harvest Bowl!

You order heavenly food for lunch or dinner, and all the money goes to local food cupboards. Simply choose from your favorite delicious homemade meals. We deliver to your workplace, or you can pick up.
